The Community, struck by the testimony of the first Christians who were devoted to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer (Ac 2, 42), gives utmost importance to the liturgy. The liturgy, seen as an irruption of the sacred into time and space, will allow us to participate in the eternity and the infinity of God and will thus anticipate the coming of the Kingdom.
~ Book of Life of the Beatitudes Community
"Private prayer is like straw scattered here and there: If you set it on fire it makes a lot of little flames. But gather these straws into a bundle and light them, and you get a mighty fire, rising like a column into the sky; public prayer is like that."
~ Saint Jean Vianney
Cathechesis & Teachings will start in February 2022.
